When submitting Video Trouble reports via email, please be
sure to include the following important information:
1) School name
2) Name and Phone # of contact person
3) Location of problem = building, room no., etc.
4) Detailed description of the problem
Trouble calls are scheduled to be done only on Fridays. Sorry,
problems not attributed to cabling cannot be corrected because technicans
are not responsible for repairing TVs.
